Day 15 in Thai

Left my Pai pals to go to the elephant nature park office where I was picked up and taken to the park.

Arrived and was shown round and introduced to some phants. Poor guys had broken legs from logging or mentally damaged from mistreatment 😥

There are also loads of dogs being rehabilitated from car crashes etc and a ‘cat kingdom’.

Had some lunch before watching a documentary about how the phants are abused in the circus and stuff. V sad.

Orientation talk and showed us to our rooms. Lil huts with 3 peeps and showers round the corner.

Had a lovely little nap before our welcome meeting at 6pm. Got some info about Buddhism then got blessed with holy water. lol.

Had din and a v early night.
