See ya Airlie Beach. Off to Townsville to catch the ferry over to magnetic island. Turned up at the wrong terminal all confused then had to move the camper to the correct one. Cheeky tinny on the boat over.
Picked up our topless barbie car. Ol Loz is named driver 💅🏼
Checked into our hostel then went on smol hike to WWII fort tings. Mad views. V hot. Saw some wild wallabies bounding about in the bushes.
Drove to horseshoe bay for some snacks and micks had a quick dip. Had a netted area to try and stop the stingers getting in. Some scary stuff out there.
Drove on to Arcadia and picnic bay. Perf timing for sunset 👌🏼
Went for a v nice din. Saw my first wild possum up on the roof. Cutie.
Back to hostel life for one night. Lovelay en-suite shower though, good enough for my own home probs.
