Noosa

Expensed our brek 👌🏼 lee and G went off to pick up the replacement camper. Brought it back and loaded it with all our stuff and off we went on our merry way. Got a few miles outside of Brisbane again and the engine management only started flashing again didn’t it 🙄 pulled over and rang Britz. Waited at the side of the road for over an hour as they said they’d bring us another one. Did the presentation of Micks’ bday gifts while we wait. Heard nothing so rang back again and they said we had to drive back to Brisbane to pick up van number 3. Upgraded to a newer van. De ja vue. Swapped all the bits over and off we went again, third time lucky.

Finally made it to Noosa, right after mocks took out a road sign. Bit o Loz, think I wanna live here. Lovelay town and perf looking surf. Unfortunately no time to try it out. Did the coastal walk with some mad views and saw koalas in their natural habitat. One dude climbed down from his tree and crossed the path right in front of us to go join his mate up another tree. What a treat.

Walked along to the fairy pools which were nothing like google images. Back we go then. Saw our first snake on the way back.

Went to a classy restaurant to celebrate ol micks being around for a quarter of a century.

Late night drive to Rainbow beach to make up some lost time.
